Project Status Reporting
You would eventually need to report to your direct "boss". As a Project Manager, you are supposed to be a king / queen of your project, meaning that you have to know all about your project about the basic information:
- Project Name / Code
- Project Short Description / Summary
- Project Sponsor / Business Owner
- And, of course, the project's status: Red - Amber - Green
