Project Status Reporting
You would eventually need to report to your direct "boss". As a Project Manager, you are supposed to be a king / queen of your project, meaning that you have to know all about your project about the basic information:

<li>Project Short Description / Summary</li>
<li>Project Sponsor / Business Owner</li>
<li>And, of course, the project's status: Red - Amber - Green</li>
